I think the answer is yes since he has lots of fans all over the world.He has to promote his ENGLISH in order to negociate with fans.

I think he can speak English but fluently.  It's really hard to speak English fluently if you haven't been using it everyday.

I think he can speak english.We can't discuss the queation all the time,IF we really love he,We should support him whatever and wherever!

That's what I thought~If you haven't speak English all the time, you couldn't speak fluently

I guess Tik could communcate with his fans a little bit ,but not fluently  

you can see the fans who just came back from Bangkok what they've described~you'll know !
